John has over 35 years experience in research including both supplier and client roles. He has high level analytical, design and quant skills and is an adept user and specifier of qualitative research as well as a broad base of business consulting skills. He also has a broad consulting background and can design innovative sampling and mixed mode/dual frame studies.
He has a Bachelor of Economics (Economic Statistics, Operations Research) from Sydney University and is an accredited Qualified Professional Researcher (QPR).

He is an expert in telecoms, tourism, leisure and sport research with over 30 years experience in Australia and Europe from both client and agency side including Director of Market Insights at Telstra in Australia and Vodafone and Disney in Europe.
Frederic is experienced in all aspects of quantitative and qualitative research with very strong domain expertise in his main experience areas of sports, leisure, tourism, telecommunications and service industries.
He has a Masters degree in International marketing from the University of Caen (France) and an MBA in marketing and research from Laval University in Quebec (Canada).
